Went in yesterday with a sound in my front end... had to wait a bit for the techs to come in but I wasn't in a hurry so I hung out.... a few moments later my car was being checked and the guy asked me to ride along. The noise is not a problem at all. They noticed I need something reset on my computer, they did it immediately! The staff from the beginning was polite and very accommodating. Mark the tech knows his stuff!!!! Definitely will be returning!
Most buying experiences when buying a car is not the greatest but when I purchased at Matt Bowers my experience was above and beyond any buying experience I have ever had.
