Went to Matt Bowers Nissan & had an amazing experience with Mr Reggie Bates. He’s one of the most honest men I’ve come across in this business. I was on my way out of their doors, until Mr. Bates stepped in & not only put me at ease, he talked to me in terms I understood and I walked out with the vehicle I came for!!!
I was told if I refered someone u get a reward of cash...ok i did my friend got her car in Feb I got mine to in Feb...now it's april no reward...getting the run around...had i known this bullshit I would have never refered her..glad I didn't refer my 2 other friends...its ridiculous at that dealership ...cant get in touch with people ...been leaving messages no-one replys....love the car but sorry I went to that dealership
Spoke with salesman, about vehicle & was given some nonsense on why the price went up on the vehicle. But I knew it was because Tax season was almost over . Wouldn't buy from these guys ,not professional & not very trustworthy!!!! Buyer beware

Horrible business that does nothing but waste customers time. We left last Saturday bc they could not fit us into the vehicle we wanted for the monthly payment we were comfortable with. On Friday I received a call stating everything was done and papers would be ready to sign on Saturday. Today we show up after sitting for 3 hours they finally informed us they lied and did not have the deal ready for us. Pathetic excuse for a business.
