I came to the dealership not knowing what to expect but when Mr Norman Jackson meet us at the door he greeted us with a friendly welcome and preceded to help us find the right car that fitted our budget. We had a great experience and will send our friends to see Mr Norman.
My car was a total loss on Mother's Day..can't get any straight answers why service cancellations check haven't been sent to my lien holder.. Get some jumbo jumbo about who has been fired..the finance person isn't in today..now my phone calls aren't being answered..will make a visit today to dealership on I 10 service road in New Orleans..going to finance and general manager..
The service department is the worst they do not return your phone calls. And will not give you a straight answer as to what’s going on with your truck. I would not recommend this dealership to no one the service is terrible they lie to you !!!!!!

I’ve been to the service department a few times and Rickey always did a great job and was always so kind... he’s the best ever... always had a great experience every time I’ve been there... 😊😊😊
i have yet to hear back from them for service on my vehicle which should have bwen covered by warranty..they don't return my calls
