From first contact on a quick WhatsApp from me to Matt, he was a gentleman and a professional and I instantly felt at ease. I had a photoshoot with Matt this week. It was my first one and he really made me feel at ease. Matt is super friendly and great at giving direction, we also did lots of shots out on location in Lincoln which was great! Matt was kind enough to attend a charity ball for a family member. Everyone commented on how professional and approachable Matt was and how good he was. On a wedding day, you want everything to go perfectly. Hiring Matt Bates Photography made it go really well for our daughter's wedding! Matt was very knowledgeable of how to make use of the surroundings and knew which photos to take without us having to worry about it. He is very approachable and gets everyone involved and has a laugh with everyone as well. Most importantly, he has the timing to get the photos others miss. He was very reliable and fairly priced and the editing of the photos was a bonus. Highly recommended!!!
