Why is the closure timings being mentioned as 10:00 PM when the technicians are not available at the centre? Initially when I called at 9:15 PM the receptionist said that the chest x-ray was available and will be open till 10:00PM.. but after we reaching their at 9:40 PM they were saying that the technicians have just left… It was an utter waste of time and roaming the patient all the way… Giving appropriate information about the timings should be inculcated in the receptionist or the one who answers the customer query.
