Super happy with Matheson Damp services! They were quick to get a damp survey booked in for us, as they were initially full but got back to me once they had cancellations. Their pricing is competitive, quick survey and report. What stood out for me was when they missed out on checking a certain concern of the property, they were quick to apologise and re-survey the property the next day. Chris was very thorough in his survey, and Karen on the phone was always super helpful and responsive. Thank you!
Great. Sorted my garage water ingress problems a previous contractor couldn't fix with three attempts. A well-organised, efficient, friendly, helpful team. Recommended.
On first contacting Mathesons I spoke to Karen who was very very helpful and lovely. She gave me all the information I needed to decide whether I wanted to have someone out or not and I didn't feel rushed at all. When Callum came to the house he was very professional and took time to explain eveything to me and was very pleasant and respectful.
