I found Alison whilst in my 2nd trimester and attended for weekly reflexology appointments. During the first appointment she took the time to learn about me and my pregnancy journey so far. I've recently attended Alison's Pregnancy Relaxation Classes 1hour 15minutes of heaven!! As a second time mum to be it can be quite hard to relax with a toddler at home but this is a great way to unwind and allow bump and I some calm time. Would highly recommend. Wow! What a wonderful experience Alison gave me during my pregnancy :) I felt I needed something in my pregnancy to reduce my anxieties that goes hand in hand with growing a baby. Alison is an amazing woman and she has helped me with all sorts of issues during my ongoing pregnancy. I love going to my appointments and feel so relaxed and calm when I leave.
