Great butcher shop , customer did me some sausage in a roll. Have great looking aged steaks I'll be back for.
The meat is exception quality the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will also bend over backwards to custom cut your request.

My son and I stopped in for the first time today to grill it up right tonight and select our choice of cuts. We were really happy with the outcome. KC Strip, ribeye, and filet mignon sausage was a home run for us. We will definitely come back!
Matt and Colleen truly are the best. We love going into their shop to find the best cuts of meat to cook at home but where they really impressed me was when my wife and I were looking for a caterer for our wedding. Matt has some serious talent on the smoker had the best bbq at our wedding and I lost count of how many people said it was the best they'd ever had. Thank you so much to Matt and Colleen for making our day so special.
I ordered a Berkshire Ham for Thanksgiving and thought Christmas had come early. It was so wonderful that I placed another order and will be picking a crown roast up tomorrow. For any special occasions, weekend barbecues, or personal date nights, these guys have got you covered. The quality of meat here has no competition from any other butcher I've used. Solid 10/10!
