HIGHLY recommend! I met Matt yesterday and he was personable and informative. We made the sausage tonight that I bought and they tasted AMAZING! No fillers or gristle like you find in cheaper meats. We also bought Kansas City strips, those will be made on Mother's Day but I have no doubt they will be of the best quality and extremely tasty. Definitely go to The Matador if you want quality, over-the-top tasty meats!
Love it today, got me some Wrights Rub and Matador Meat and Wine seasoning and talk to the man in charge. When ever I come up I'll always stop in and talk to the Man in charge. Great seasons, great meat, and great service.
Matador has the best Meat in DFW! I have been getting my Meat there since they day they opened. They have an amazing selection of prime dry aged beef, certified angus, pork, poultry and fresh fish. Matt and Colleen have always taken great care of me and all of the friends I have sent to them. Stop by and see them, you will be glad you did!
