Great people! Great meat!
Picked up a couple of filet mignon yesterday for tonights' dinner. Will not be going back to whole foods for my meat. Having a butcher cut the meat in the way you need it, that's for me. Go to this butcher. We really enjoyed the filets. Cost less than whole foods as well.
