Great selection of meats I was lucky to get some Buffalo/bisen tenderloin when they got some in. It was great at medium Rare.

Great place and prices.... This is the real deal for prime cuts of meat. Matt was very helpful on what to get and again the prices for these superb cuts was unexpected, a must see for yourself. I can see myself making 1 or 2 stops a week from now on.... check em out

finally had a chance to stop in to Matador today - I'm from Abilene. great selection of beef and a fair selection of pork. will definitely be back. if only they had some Wright BBQ Company beef rub left!
Always get my filets from here and they’re always beautiful. I also really enjoy the hot links they make. Would definitely recommend, Matt and CJ are really nice as well.
