I saw how they treated one patient. They showed compassion and empathy. They went out of their way to help and this includes the practice manager and Dr Simran Dehal. Absolutely 5 stars and amazing team
So according to Dr Dehal paramedics and ambulance workers who save thousands of lives every year, and practically bring some people back from the dead, those professionals “are not trained medical professionals” according to him of course. Because they assessed one of my family members and my family member didn’t want you go with them in an ambulance, so they told us to make an emergency appointment at the surgery, and not we don’t get an appointment.
