Rang to see if they could offer me some advice on purchasing a secondhand Range Rover- they could not have been more helpful. Specifically Connor who offered his time and advice. Would use if I buy the car.
Thank you so much! An engine light came on and a panicked as I had a 5 hour drive to do later that day. Connor ran a diagnostic, cleared the fault and told me it was ok to drive. I can’t thank him enough!
Excellent customer service. Fixed a simple problem in 30 minutes that the a dealership wanted an hour (at extortionate cost) to diagnose before repair.
On holiday in Northumberland and Range Rover went into restricted performance mode which was a major concern because needed to tow caravan home a few days later. Called in to Mastora who understood my situation and they asked me to go back later that day when they were obviously busy, did diagnostic check and identified a failed sensor and replaced while I waited. One very relieved and satisfied customer. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this company.
Called in after suffering a flat battery on my Range Rover. The car was not booked in but they managed to sort the car out in 2-3 hours while a I had a coffee. Highly recommended!
