Excellent. Dr Mastey took time to explain my concerns and answer my questions. He is very personable and professional.

I saw Dr Mastey for trigger thumb. After examining my thumb and asking questions related to the issue including type work, pain level, what had already been tried, etc he took time to explain exactly what was causing the pain and immobility. Since I had already received a steroid injection a few months ago that lasted only short time surgery is being scheduled. Office staff and accommodations very nice.
I saw Dr. Massey because I had trouble using my thumb and forefinger on one hand. He immediately asked me what I had been doing for it so far and I told him. He then said the next step would be a steroid shot and a brace to see if that would fix the problem. He explained what was happening, gave me a brochure about it, asked me if I had any additional questions at the moment and then gave me my shot. I got appointment quickly. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Facility was clean and equipment up to date.
Minimal wait time and friendly and supportive staff. Dr. Mastey is a total professional and takes great care to make you feel special. Attentive and caring.
