Well we have had a great experience with this company. We used them about 10 years ago and they were very helpful so we decided to use them again even though we have moved house a live nowhere near them now. Alan who helped us was really nice and helpful, they are tilers so it’s a work shop type of place not a fancy shiny showroom with sales people who don’t know what they are talking about. Bought tiles for our last kitchen many years ago at Mastertiler so naturally went back there when we moved and were doing our new kitchen. The owner had changed hands since we were last there but had the same excellent service and advice. You can’t get that sort of advice and service in Topps Tiles etc. Tiles and everything else they supplied were great quality. I can’t recommend them enough.
It started very well. They calculated for us how many tiles we would need (based on the measurements we provided) and they told us they would give us plenty of extra for security as we can return any unused tile. Sounds amazing! The guy was so helpful, polite and nice. However, once our bathroom was finished we went back to the store to return the spare tiles as agreed (which corresponds to around a quarter of the tiles initially bought!) but they refused to take them back saying that the charge to return the tiles correspon... read more
