MastersBros replaced our 14 yr old air conditioner and we couldn't be more pleased. From the selling process to completion they were awesome. At no time did sales try to sell us a more expense model than we needed. Installation was as scheduled and there was no mess afterwards. We highly recommend them. We even received followup phone calls to insure we were satisfied -can't beat that.
AWESOME service!! Placed the work order a few ago & they came almost immediately! Super friendly & explained everything to me! They had to move a shelving unit to get to my AC unit & they moved it back & made sure everything was in the right spot. Really great experience! :)
Kris arrived punctually to diagnose an a/c problem we had. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 45 minutes. He then took the time to explain to my husband how to avoid the problem in the future. Kris was professional and friendly. We would highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend Masters Bros. Our A/C went out and they were able to send someone that day to look at it. Kris was very nice and approachable and worked efficiently to get our A/C working again. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to others as well!
