Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained things in simple terms and didn't try to sell us a new furnace as soon as he entered the house. When it IS time for a new furnace we'll call Masters Brothers and feel confident that we will be treated fairly.
We needed an additional wire run for our thermostats. The work was scheduled quickly. The service man finished his previous job early and contacted me directly to see if he could get to us sooner. I was very grateful for this, getting the work done ASAP. When he arrived, he took great caution not to track dirt and salt through our house. I came home to our house being 58 on Saturday when the outside temp was close to 0. Within 30 minutes of calling Master Bros, a technician was here and working on the heater. He was nice and professional. Got the heater running quickly! Will definitely be recommending Master Bros to friends!

Kris Walker did an excellent job! He was very friendly and polite. I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes. That is my biggest pet peeve when we have someone come work in our house! Actually Masters Bros is the ONLY company that has worked in our home and used those. The charge for what was done seemed reasonable as well. We always call them first!
