Our furnace quit on a snowy mid-April (!) morning. We called Masters Bros. and were told a technician would be here between 1.30 and 2. He was here in the estimated time frame, found the problem, and replaced the thermostat in good time and with a professional manner.
They are the best! Have used my last few times when it comes to my system! Kris Walker is the best, helpful, explained things to me and all the same day service! Give them a call!
Their customer service was top notch. They took their time explaining in detail what they cleaned out and did maintenance on. Chris and Tim were friendly and polite and even cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate all their hard work!
