The very personable Kris W. came out, promptly assessed the situation, explained what was needed and why, had a replacement part on the truck, and was able to fix the problem right away. Adam arrived early; he listened to my concerns; he told me his ideas before starting work; he talked with the service tech at the fireplace business and they discussed design and work.
