RecommendedMasters Brothers is truly the best, the techs are always very friendly and professional! As well as the office when you call in or they are calling you! Just one thing I would recommend for Master Brothers is to give the customers a month notice that their service plan is up for renewal. Day of appt is poor notice.
Chris was great and got our AC fixed in 20 minutes in 94 degree weather. Price was reasonable; will definitely request him again.
Our A/C went out and they sent an amazing guy (Jeff) to come look at our unit. He was kind, professional and tolerant of my sarcasm. I was frantic with a 10 year old and a boxer. He went above and beyond to help us and installed a brand new motor within an hour or so! Jeff was awesome and I promise if we need an hvac guy again that we will personally call and request him! I give him 10⭐️! Oh and the prices were amazing!!!! We are finally cooling off after a long 4th of July weekend without air! Thanks, Jeff!!!!!
