On one of the coldest days in Illinois and BN history we thought we had a furnace fan that was rattling, losing its bearings, and overheating. Called the Masters Bros. and they had someone there within an hour and they confirmed the problem was a loose access panel that was vibrating with the frequent heating cycles. Fixed the issue and even cleaned out my filters for good measure while they were there...all for less than $100 on a day they could have charged a premium. Thanks for the quick service and quick response!
