They won’t even call or make any contact, and keep being dishonest about what days/times they’ll show up. Stay away from them at all costs.
After paying a £132 call-out fee that resulted in no repair, I was quoted £450 labour to replace a £62 driver due to an internal policy. This makes routine household lighting repairs unaffordable.
