I am giving one star because zero stars is not an option. We first visited the store to seek advice on suits for our wedding. Should we buy or rent. The customer service was atrocious and down right rude from the beginning. An example being the inability to accommodate our teenager, due to requiring a 14yr old jacket but 13yr old trousers. We mistakenly went to the York branch instead of Newcastle but cannot complain because we were treated so excellently by the team. They talked us through options gave us beers and had great advice throughout about different styles of wedding suits so that mine and my dads would look great together. I am so glad I got my wedding suit from them!
