Outrageous! Charged £50 for approximately 4 minutes of work with notary public work when they advised not to proceed. Thieves!!! One star is too many.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a property through these agents. I’m going to leave names out of it, but from the start it was an absolutely horrible and costly experience. After 3 months of stress I ultimately had to walk away from the purchase. From the jump, agents were rude when handling my offer, and the young female solicitor seemed clueless and arrogant. Wasted my time by telling me All about his Experience & how he was going to market the property , then when I said at the moment we only wanted to market it as commercial with him instead of both commercial and residential he (Scott). Just gave us the brush off even though he made a big thing about how many B&B he’d sold in my area of the Cairngorms. AVOID at all costs. Useless and arrogant. Shame can’t give ZERO stars.

They dealt with my property purchase ... So easy.. they kept me informed all the way.. with a nice gift once I collected my keys..
