I rented two properties by Massey Property. First one was in a really bad state but I appreciate Jo and David to take ownership and taking things in their own hands but the rent was reduced and the balance wasn't refunded saying the landlord refused to let go of that rent this response was give after 3 months of chasing everyone. Overall it would have been a good experience if I had received proper responses at the appropriate time. I hope they improve their service with the future tenants

This is by far the best company to manage your property - they have been looking after ours for the last 12 years and have dealt with every issue promptly, professionally and with a very friendly manner. David, Jo and the team always deliver a personably, efficient service no matter how big or small the issue. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service. David in particular was brilliant at communicating and he made everything work out for it. Despite out landlord selling the house and us having to leave a lot earlier than planned, David was a source of reassurance and met us with a real sense of empathy. Thank you, David. Jami and Alice

Thankful for Massey property agency. We experienced a few bumps along the road but the team, especially Jo were very responsive, fair and always there to work through any problems. Jo is brilliant at her job and we cannot thank them all enough for their continued efforts. We felt like we were dealing with real people that cared about our living situation. Having heard multiple horror stories about other estate agents and property managers in Brighton and Hove we really lucked out finding Massey.

Can't fault these guys at all. We have been with them for over 2 years now and they are not always helpful all the time, but also ready to help fix a problem whenever there has been one. Very quick to respond to a problem and always professional when they are coming to the house, following all they should be doing.
