Have purchased a few times from Massams without complaint. However I over ordered bulk bag of pebbles & needed to return one bulk bag. I was charged £64 for it to be collected. I understand there is a charge for collecting a return item. But I think £64 is extortionate, especially as delivery for 2 bags was only £24. Won’t be ordering again
Excellent service from the start. I rang them and they answered straight away and dealt with my order instantly, my sand turned up within hours. Same day delivery, in a good quality bulk bag.
