I’ve had a stiff neck for absolutely ages! When I came to Luke it was so stiff that it was really beginning to get in the way of day to day activities! I spoke to Luke about the areas of focus and he got to work on me! What a difference! My neck is so much better and I’m actually able to turn my head without looking like a Robot! I’m so grateful and would recommend Luke to anyone with muscle stiffness.

Really beneficial 3 sessions with Luke as I recovered from a running injury. Felt sceptical about the cupping but will definitely try again.
