Visited during a weekend away in Buxton and after a long run on the local hills. Aimee provided a focused massage picking up pressure points and she highlighted areas I need to work on providing advice on stretching/recovery. Excellent massage from a really welcoming person. Will visit again if/when in the area.
Aimie made feel very welcome on our first meeting, she asked what I would like to get out of each massage which was nice as it made me feel like she was confident in her practice. After the massage she spoke to me about the areas that need a little more work and gave me exercises to help stretch my back.
Aimie always provides a great Service. She has lots of knowledge and always gives me information on the areas that need more work on as well as giving ome ways in which to help this at home. She is kind and funny but also sensitive towards my physical and mental problems. She always offers me guidance and manages to work on the areas that are troubling me most!
