I started having sports massage with Lucyna about two years ago. These are always tremendously effective for tense / tight muscles as well as being very relaxing. Lucyna is warm, friendly, and takes a genuine interest in how I'm feeling. She gives useful stretches / exercises at the end of a session, and is usually available at short notice (which was great when I had a neck problem that needed treating). Very highly recommended!
Lucyna has worked wonders on my upper back and shoulders. After just one session, the pain that developed from long periods of sitting down was gone. I highly recommend her.
