I received the worst massage ever at this location by a very inexperienced awkward therapist. I asked for a manager and was never given a name. I also submitted a complaint via email and it has been over a week and still no response. I've received over ten massages at ME with various techs that were okay. The management needs to ensure the quality of work provided at the location AND respond to clients concerns . I truly feel my money and time was wasted. Although I have enjoyed my massages and always gave high reviews, paid on time and tipped well.... When it came time to cancel I was told one thing and another was noted in my file. So when I call to schedule my remaining appts (I was told 2, but today was told 1 and could not be used. ) I paid for it... But nope can't use it. I was told I could use it up into July...
