Was disappointed that the oils were so cold and that the lights weren't dim and relaxing. It was more like a bedroom lamp brightness.....without the lamp shade. And the table wasn't warm at all.

I have not received a massage yet from this location but am a bit worried. I am wanting to get one but after reading the below reviews I am a bit hesitant. I have tried to make an apt 3 times now, one for the hoover location and 2 for the Mountain Brook location and I have yet to receive a call back after about a month. I received my first massage from Sarah. She was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. They made sure I was comfortable and made me feel at home. I will definitely be returning!
Worst massage I've ever had. I have had a ton of them...and enjoyed every one I have ever gotten. If I wanted someone to just burry their forearms in my back I would ask for that. I wanted a massage and feel like someone beat the snot out of me with a baseball bat. This makes me scared to get another one. I also get deep tissues but they use their hands. Wrote on the sheet that my calves were sensitive and they ignored my arms completely. Just not what I expected. Just never again. Never.

Do not go here under any circumstances. I was talked into signing a short term package after the worst massage of my life and unbeknownst to me, they kept pulling money out of my account each month even after the membership ended. Apparently there is a hidden part of your contract, which was never explained to me upon signing up, that the contract is on auto renewal until you sign a cancellation agreement.
