Rude customer service! Since the virus and they were shut down for a while my account has been messed up. I have called about it several times and still being charged for an extra month. They took out 3 payments all at once without any warning when they opened up and since then take my payment out at all different dates instead of the date it is supposed to be taken out. They also said they don’t see where I’m being over charged and make it sound like I’m being unreasonable and It’s my fault that it “automatically” comes out... read more

Bonita gives the absolute best massages! She's also certified in prenatal massage and has made such an amazing difference now that I'm in my last trimester! I will continue going back to her even after I give birth. The membership pricing is great! Made a regular out of me. Online scheduling is not the easiest but the customer service has always been kind and helpful when I call to schedule. I love that they're open until 10p too.
