The atmosphere is very aromatherapy. The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend coming again. Kevin the massage therapy did an excellent job!! #relaxed
I have been there twice in the last month for massages. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and welcoming. I had different therapists each time and would recommend either. As for the membership, it's an odd concept after using a spa for massages. However . . . the woman who signed me up went through the contact details thoroughly. But I do wish it wasn't an automatically renewable membership.

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone rid me I needed to schedule that kind of massage 3 weeks out. My friend called ugly after me to book the same type of massage and got an appointment for next Saturday. I was really looking forward to becoming a member.

Never never again. Although the environment is lovely, as a body worker and recipient of countless massages in so many places, there is no substance here, the fast food of massage therapy. Everyone was very pleasant but it is rather like being at a used car dealership with lots of hard selling occurring, basic competency and skills not evident and what appears to be a company line with no service recovery or genuine concern for clients.
