Had a horrible experience,my moms appointment wasn’t booked properly. I understand mistakes happen but the general manager was extremely rude and ulgy. My mom sat in her car while I got my massage ,which was not relaxing at all no faultTo the therapist, because the GM made her feel uncomfortable to sit in the lobby.

RecommendedWe really liked using massage envy pre-pandemic. My wife and I signed up together so we could get massages in the couples room. We are very disappointed that massage envy still will not open the couples room post pandemic and instead blames it on the corporate office. After a bad experience I had, I have been trying to contact anyone for several weeks to end my membership and still haven't been able to do so.
