We are from Downeast Maine. Small town on the coast of Maine. Coming to Boston was big and nerve racking. MGH helped our visit go much easier. The staff were all enjoyable and the environment was calming. We will be returning in the near future. Which will be much calmer due to MGH staff.

My 20 year old daughter had an appointment at Pediatric Orthopedics. My first impression was that the waiting room chairs were old, stained and torn. There was a stack of toys in the corner and some broken little chairs for kids to sit on up against the wall. The front reception lady on the way in was friendly, but on the way out, seemed agitated. When I ask her if she could get our xrays from the back for us, she said in a agitated voice, I'll have to get them from the back. My daughter has scoliosis. She had two rods put i... read more
I've been a pt. of MGH for over 20 years and I can't say one bad thing about the care that I get there. I've had many surgeries and ALL of them have been successful.

Team X of the White Wing and the Contagious Disease Team and all the Staff at MGH saved my life this past week. There are no words
As much as anyone can "love" being in hospital, I'll say I loved it if it's equals a five star rating. Being a patient yesterday at MGH was a fantastic experience. Every person I encountered, whether I had met them before or not was extremely polite, friendly and professional. Every person made me feel welcomed and safe . Everyone went above and beyond to make my procedure as smooth a process as possible.
