Love Mass General ... I am on the Orthopaetic floor//white building 6th floor 😷 I had arthroscopic surgery yesterday with Dr.Tomford...he's the best!!! The nurses are wonderful// 😊
Wonderful staff..Only drawback been asking to get a clinitron bed for almost a week to prevent more breakdown...And still waiting Other than that nice people

Hands down the best Hospital! My Mom & Dad have both been treated like Royaly in this hospitak. The entire focus is the care of the patient and nothing gets in the way of that. Family is also never a nuisance or an inconvenience. All of your questions are answered and or directed to the appropriate department that gets back to you with a quick and comprehensive answer. Doctor was awesome, as always. My only complaint, changing room in x-ray great for toddler through age 10, not so much for grown adults. Talk about claustrophobia...ugh

Massachusetts General is definitely a 5 star hospital. From the moment I stepped foot into the facility I was impressed. I couldn't have been in better hands. During my recent surgery I was given the best of care. The medical staff is truly the best and everyone is definitely on top of their game.
Mass General hospital and its medical staff are exceptional. The staff is focused on the patients overall care listening to concerns, spending time educating and discussing results, treatments and prognosis with the entire family. They work not only as individuals but as a team to help come up with the best possible outcome. I feel they understand truly what the patient is going through and are considerate of their emotional as well as medical needs. Better care and worth going into the city every time.
