After suffering a subdural hematoma and such great care last December, literally saving my life.. However after going in over this past weekend, after being told to by the Neuro surgeon clinic.. I give a complete thumbs down!!! I am EXTREMELY disappointed for a world renowned hospital! My care was awful, and was left in a chair to wait, with severe pain in my skull.. Awful....
Mass General Hospital for me is the best. I've been so well treated in all aspects. If you have any kind of pain, they're there to do all they can to ease your pain. Last yr I went to the E.R near my house with so much pain, couldn'twalk, couldn't move, couldn't stop crying, they gave me some pain killer through I.V and sent me home. The same way I went in I came out. I love MGH, the doctors, and the nurses goes out of their way to make sure you are well care for.
The hospital staff was very helpful and knowledgeable the blood lab needs to a lot bigger so you don't have to wait in the hallway in order to get your blood drawn that was the only downside. Other than that it was a very good visit. The allergy dept was very friendly. They actually listen to you not just read the case file and make their decision. Very pleased with the hospital.

They are the best and most caring hospital I've ever been around.
This current experience at MGH has been good. Friendly helpful staff, my surgeon nurses and everyone else are wonderful.
It's the best hospital.....I love going there for anything that's wrong with me.... and they are awesome in everything they do for me....
Other than my long drive down from NH, this hospital is exceptional! Nurses are pleasant, caring, and always smiling. Doctors are extremely smart! Its a learning hospital and I think that's amazing....so many fresh faces with different areas of expertise! MGH all the way �
