All the staff from the concierge to the administrative assistants were so warm, friendly and very helpful. We are fortunate to live in an area with such a prestigious hospital!! Thank you MGH for your high quality care you provide to the community❤️️
How do you thank a hospital that has saved your life more than once? Terminal cancer, serious trauma accident among other health issues. Now chronically sick but stable because of the wonderful docs, nurses and staff at MGH. MGH is not perfect - No hospital is but they always strive to do better and that's what counts. Always at the cutting edge. I've seen plenty as a patient here for 34 years but am so fortunate to be a patient here. Without your health you have nothing.
All of the doctors and nurses were friendly and professional. They kept my grandmother as comfortable as she could be right up to the end. The large room with two sofas allowed all the family to gather together with her, and the view from the windows was lovely even on a grey February day in Boston....I am thankful!
I continue to be amazed by the staff here! They are forever installed in my Pantheon of champions and Angels and I am forever grateful.
I had a friend deliver there another had surgery. To say the least, I wouldn't send my neighbors dog there. People were very disappointed on the care provided and nurses. Very disappointed!
I have to say I have never been treated so nice..the nurses are amazing. .my surgeon dr. Schourge is the best. ..kindest dr.i have ever had...thanks
My room is fantastic. Bed comfy, food very good. Nurses are very friendly. Just waiting on scheduling my biopsy but I don't think much gets done on the weekend unfortunately. Still a great experience.

I am working with researchers in the Transition and Research unit. The nurses and doctors/primary researchers have all been wonderful! Great care and service while I am there for a day or for overnight.
