Mass General Hospitalis one of the best hospitals The staff was very nice and friendly thank you all for taking care of me
Mass General saved my life having had meningitis when I moved there to go to clege and I was all alone and they made me feel welcome and loved it was fantastic. Not only did they save my life but they used the best medicine to stop it before anything permanent happened to me. So grateful not to mention the countless kidney surgeries I had before that and haven't needed a single surgery since then.
Shout out to the Nurses on Elliot 21st floor. Best of the best work on this floor. I have never met people more kind and giving then everyone that works on that unit. Keep doing what you do everyday it does make a difference in people's lives. The only negative is the food they serve the patients is awful.
My friend's cardiologist sent his medical records to Mass General approximately 4 wees ago. He has a heart condition and is getting progressively worse. My friend's cardiologist requested an appointment and review for him and Mass General acknowledged receiving the medical records. However after repeated calls over a three week period by my friend and two calls from his cardiologist Mass General does not even have the decency to return his calls. We welcomed the second of two sons to the world last night in the same birthing room at MGH that the first was born in! We are SO thankful for the world class treatment of the amazing staff here from the Docs to the midwife, the RN's, dietitians and janitors alike. We are so lucky live in Boston and to have access to this jewel of healthcare! Thank you MGH!
No words to express my gratitude for the most caring nurses who went the extra mile to care for my husband while at the MGH for a month with a serious illness. They were very sympathetic to my family's needs. I can't thank them enough; true angels��

Wait was way too long in the lab. Why they give us a time to be there and then find out its first come first serve. But I love all the doctors. The transplant team are awesome!!!!
they are very professional and we had a time constrait so they really stepped up and we didnt miss the shuttle only issue i have is when you go to the cafeteria to eat they list everything but the sodium level being a heart patient it was very hard to choose what too eat and very little if the salt wasnt listed.
