My daughter was in the icu the nurses went above and beyond i am so thankful for all the nursing staff you guys truly have a heart of gold thank you for everything you did for my family
Great hospital as far as doctors, nurses, all employees to be honest. If you need help or have questions everyone is very cordial and eager to help! Great amenities for those waiting for love ones in surgery. Very impressed by the quality of the services.
I had a great experience. Top quality care. Very professional nurses. Very efficient and very clean and sanitary.
Everyone I saw rushed through our interaction and hurriedly pushed me off to someone else. When I finally spoke to the ER doctor everything was going well until I stated that I did NOT want any prescriptions for painkillers, at which point I was for some reason treated like a junkie looking for pills. I went in with a broken nose and left profiled as a drug addict. I had not been to MGH for a number of years and do not plan to return in the future.
Excellent Staff, Friendly Very knowledgeable as well as Very Professional. I have been going to MGH my whole life, I will not go elsewhere
I will never recommend this hospital to anyone! My sister left there yesterday to come home for hospice care she is 49 years old and her and my family were not treated with empathy and compassion... There were a few nurses that definitely deserve the title of a nurse but others need to take a good look at themselves and re-evaluate there choice as a nurse. The case worker was awful and all staff involved all had different information no one could answer a question. They put my sister in a room with another patient going thro... read more
Fantastic nurses, Doctor and staff. Top notch care. Just need some more work on patient food quality. Definitely highly recommend MGH for the most comprehensive, quality care in the country hands down.
Ellison 9 ICU team was wonderful to my wife top notch Nursing Dan Jeanne .Katie fantastic and Dr Spooner took all the time to explain everything to us the team of residents were also very helpful .thanks so much
