It's Over Rated. Total Mess, bathroom wasn't cleaned it was full 4 of trash for 4 days. the room floor wasn't washed or cleaned either till I talked to them about it it almost feel danger to be here! they were going to give me a blood thiner medication before a procedure, I had to warn the nurse, I could've bled to death on the operating table. I could not say enough good things about this hospital, they brought my son Christopher into this world and performed surgery that cured me from endometrial cancer. I am here today because of all the wonderful people who work at mgh It takes many good people to make everything work so smoothly. I would not want to go to any other hospital, they are the best there is.
Reading all of your wonderful stores makes me think why is my son gets the shit end of the stick for care?? Don't get me wrong there are some wonderful nurses & other staff members. But the things I've seen, heard & that were done is dumbfounding to me, especially when they keep quoting "their policies" but don't follow them. I got sick of hearing the words I'm sorry, we're sorry!! I forgot to mention patient advocacy well I'm still waiting to hear back from them!!

My infant was medflighted here and I truly am so grateful for the NICU, the nurses and pediatric surgeons Dr. M. You all saved my beautiful son. Forever grateful. Special thank you to all the NICU nurses as well. Every single one of you are true heroes!
Amazing hospital with 5 star physicians and truly amazing caring nurses.
We love all the dr and nurses at mass general. We just had our second child here and would not go anywhere else. There are too many wonderful people on Blake 13 and 14 to thank them all individually but we would like to thank dr. Luther for all of her support. We feel blessed that you deliver both our children.
