I'm a patient of Dr Justin Jordan in the Neurofibromatosis Clinic and have now had THREE neurofibromas removed by Dr Curtis Cetrulo. I cannot rave enough about the care I have received at MGH both by the NF specialists and Dr Cetrulo over the past several years! I am so grateful that MGH has an actual NF Clinic now! Thank you MGH for always proving yourself to be one of the best hospitals in the country. Dare I say even the world?
My adult son (with severe special needs) recently had back surgery. We were in Phillips 2218. We were there for 5 days and all the staff were wonderful. However there was one young woman whom I found exceptional. She was a food server and picked up his menus and delivered his trays. The thoughtfulness and care she showed was truly amazing. She obviously understands the stress of being in that situation and she was meticulous in looking at my menu and making subtle and helpful suggestions: do you want salt? How about gravy fo... read more

Terrible hospital. Been admitted there a dozen times for a week at a stretch. Mistreated repeatedly, misdiagnosed repeatedly. They almost killed my Dad on multiple occasions. NOT ONE of their colorectal surgeons was willing to remove my colon (even though it was slowly turning to cancer & I'd been sick for 12+ years), so a surgeon from Lahey, Burlington MA ended up saving my life. Three times they made me leave my room before discharge & BEFORE my family arrived to pick me up & I had to wait down the hall in the family room ... read more
I had a Nissen fundoplication surgery in December 2017 w Dr. Morse. I had been suffering for 17 years and he got me right in. Dr. Morse was great, the residents, anesthesia and all my nurses pre, post op and on the floor were great. I have never felt better. Great hospital!! Thanks to all!
Love mgh hospital great skilled staff big emphasis on making the patients happy! I am so grateful one of the doctors saved my life i was extremely sick!
I'm usually the one to never write reviews but recently delivered my first child at MGH and had such an amazing experience that I feel the need to share this with the readers so you can benefit from the same; and also with the hospital so they can know the excellent work their staff does. The nurses and doctors there were so knowledgable and caring and took great care to make sure I had smooth delivery. I'm 40 and although my pregnancy was complications free, the labor was long and had a few challenges that were pretty stres... read more
At the moment I'm as angry as anyone can be. We have come a long way to get here, was here at 6.20 am wasn't supposed to be here till 7. We went into the prep room, waited and waited. Then we went into the pre OP room. The surgery was supposed to be at 10 am. More than TWO hours later they take him in. Dr called me after, a round 2 PM. It is now almost 4 .30 PM, dont know but you do the math. Love the doctor, love the hospital, but not liking the delays. Unacceptable!! No one has contacted me about any updates. I had to get ... read more

I had Brain cancer! They treated me at Rhode Island Hospital and then told me to go to Mass for transplant! I still go to both hospitals for check ups!
