Thank you to every nurse and Doctor that was so kind to me and made sure they were going to figure out what was wrong with me. I’m just girl from Nashville Tennessean that was so scared and very sick.��
I had a TEE procedure on April 13th 2018. The entire staff, The attending nurse, and the Dr. who did the procedure were very caring and professional. All was explained and all my concerns were addressed. Thank everyone.
Was referred there by TMJ specialist in Vermont, my 1 St visit in Oral and Maxofacial department was not there fault but my Dr. In Vermont never faxed my records so when we got there we met with a resident was told they can't do anything until records are there, he sent me for CAT scan at their hospital. The resident was nice but lady working in CAT scan made it clear we were an inconvenience and was not happy. Couldn't get scan done there because scanner was down, so went 3 hours back to VT. Okay I think things need to change about how they are checking in patients at the clinics or when you show up for an appointment. I seriously feel violated every time I go to an appointment and they asked me loudly for my full name, date of birth, my home address, my phone number and a photo ID. If I have to say all that information to the secretary behind the desk then what's the reason I have to show photo ID at the end? or why can't I just show a photo ID and that's it? it has my name, my date of birth and my address alre... read more
Canceling appointments and rescheduling them several weeks later by mail???? Really sad what this hospital has become.
A huge shutout and thank you to Mass General doctors and nurses for taking the absolute best care of my grandmother over the last 2 weeks during and after a major brain bleed. And a special extra thsnk you for putting up with my grandfather all the while!
