I've been here for just about a week with severe 3rd and 4th degree burns on about 80_90% of my arm. I'm having my 3rd surgery in 2 days, my 1st surgery saved my arm.. I'm very thankful for the care I have and continue to receive, thank you to the wonderful team that is caring for me. I couldn't ask for better care! Susan H.
I have been a patient at this hospital 5 times already for my seizures. Even though my 2 brain surgeries that I have done in this hospital failed the doctors and nurses were all very nice to me.
I myself is patient in General Hospital , I like about this hospital I don't waiting so long I can go just call ahead, Doctor and staff they are very friendly work fast I like their services.
Recently there for shoulder surgery and couldn’t have asked for a better experience and care! Every individual I came in contact with, from the receptionist in day surgery, the attendant that took me from pre op to surgery, anesthesia team, to recovery nurse was very attentive and caring, putting me at ease during a very anxious time. Thank You!

The care I received on both Lunder 7 & 8 were remarkable. I can't express how grateful I was for the care provided by the entire medical staff. Not only was I provided with top notch medical care, my family was kept informed, was involved in my care plan & felt welcomed to stay with me.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, unfriendly and ruder hospital in my life. A place where the receptionists are rude to the patients. The scheduling is always done wrong, and then they don't compensate for your time at all with the doctor, just telling you to reschedule. Nora, in Dr. Goldfarbs office is blatantly disrespectful and will yell your personal information out in a crowded room full of people you don't know. The people who work here overall seem to really care. I only had one issue with a night nurse my first night after surgery but my amazing day nurse did everything she could to fix it. She got me a new night nurse who was also amazing. I loved my day nurse Allison from the Massachusetts general hospital she is one of the sweetest most caring nurses I've met in my life .
