I did have a great e.r doctor I'll say that but wasn't able to get the care I needed. I am from maine and was sent here by the best hospitals, got approval through insurance and no one there knew how to care for my needs. I have a had a few tests done here but needed further testing my state doesn't offer. My referral to Dr. Pratt wasn't taken seriously by the office and I may not live past a two month mark if my needs are not attended I have some sort of rare epigastric problem that hasn't been diagnosed but have very bad s... read more
Exceptional care and commitment to their patients, MGH was my choice for a surgery that I underwent recently and I know I made the right choice great care by every person I came in contact with right on up the ladder from registration to discharge including house keeping and food services! My husband had excellent care at MGH. Exceptional professionalism was displayed from the volunteers to the Physican . I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and MGH model of care is how all hospitals should aspire to! Thank you Dr Ricciardi and all that cared for my husband!

Caring, dedicated, professional Physicians in a state of the art facility. It's a wam and compassionate feeling upon entering both the main hospital and the Yawkey Center. The Childrens and baby center at MGH has happy and wonderful Disney sculptures enticing children. The view overlooking Copley Square with the Pru, Fenway and Beacon Hill is a bonus to reflect and gaze out upon. The staff is all so kind and considerate and highly Intelligent.

This is a long time coming. I was a patient in the thoracic wing, 19th floor from May 4th to June 1st due to lung surgery performed by Dr. Donohue. It was a challenging operation for him due to the terrible conditions of my lungs due to 45 years of smoking. I want to give a big shout out to all the nurses on that floor. My 75 year old father was admitted for heart surgery on a Monday the and released 7 days later. The staff, organized process, cleanliness, and professionalism was remarkable. Every nurse took the time to explain things that were happening and the process it takes. I was very impressed.
