Amazing hospital doctors nurses nothing to complain about they are amazing and compassion with their patients
Doctors and nurses were nice and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to get addressed. I had to get stitches.
Was a very informative class regarding kidney transplants. Lots to digest still. Was able to meet with the whole transplant team. They were able to answer all the question and concerns I had.
I love this hospital for not just all the care I have gotten through my illness but with also my granddaughter birth there and the care of my daughter when she lost a child. But what got us to use mgh in the first place was how kind they were to my oldest daughter, she and her fiance went there to find out the sex of their child and since they were there they went to the care center since her fiance had had the flue for what seemed like a month turned out it was leukemia they were so kind during his treatment even raising mo... read more
Can not say I have had very good experiences with MGH. First we took my father-in-law there for colonoscopy. For anyone who has had this experience, the day before preparation is not delightful. After a 2 hour wait - apt was 10:00 but they were leaving for lunch around noon time - he was asked if he could come back another day since they were back-logged. I spoke up for him asking if he was expected to endure the preparation AGAIN for their incompetence. He said No thanks. Just today, I had an appointment for my self for a f... read more
MGH saved my Mother's life this January. She was visiting us in Boston from NJ. If she had been home, I doubt she would have survived her pulmonary embolisms. Every appointment since has been on time and handled very professionally and thoroughly. I use the doctors from MGH as much as possible. I am fortunate to live in Boston with such great healthcare!
