Best hospital hands down! From door to office or the OR, the staff and Doctors are world class.

Just like being in the arms of God. I have to say that they need to work on processing patients a little quicker.
You're treated like you are the only patient in the hospital. From the wheelchair valet's out in front to the information desk workers, doctors, nurses, receptionists, phlebotomist even the parking garage cashiers are friendly and helpful. My wife ends up in many different hospitals and MGH is far above the rest.
After having my wrong birth control on file the whole time even though I told them 10000 times what it was and writing me wrong prescriptions twice to try and lower a dosage which would make bleed more I will never go back to mass general or recommend them to anybody.
Well after waiting hours going from room to room with my granddaughter, we were told that she had to stay over night for observation, living 2 hours away was a big problem. She stayed , the next day, there were no answers to her problem, staff was very rude both days. Will never go there again. Also had the wrong medication listed, last time she was there was 2 years never updated anything. Grrrr!
Fantastic cardiac Dr's, support staff and all their specialized testing labs! Always explaining everything and making me feel at home! Thank you as usual! Mike Baldwin
Excellent hospital, outstanding staff and doctors, if I ever have any heart issues this is where I would want to come!
I can't say enough positive things about the Thoracic Unit at MGH. The nurses were attentive, compassionate and supportive. Dr. Ott and his team were the best!!!
