I have never been to MGH, but know several people who have over the years. MGH has a reputation for being excellent.
This is the best hospital you can go to, the care is phenomenal. The staff is more than helpful. I could not have been in a better place.
I am so grateful to the doctors, staff and especially the nurses of MGH for their care, their passion, their skills and knowledge for all they did for us these past 3 months. It was so obvious to me that my wife was not just a patient. They truly care for them. I hope you keep this element if your culture strong and healthy forever. Thank you

My experience from admission to discharge was terrific. OR pre surgery was a pleasant experience and helped to put me at ease. Thanks to nurse Meaghan, anesthesiologists Emily and Tony and others that helped and to Dr. DiGiovanni and Dr. Dixon and the rest of the operating room staff. Nervousness was eliminated. Many thanks to the outstanding nursing care on the 6th floor Orthopedic ward---especially Chiara and Gary but all nurses were very good. The care and concern was outstanding. This place has saved my life both in the clinic, ER & the Units. Thank you MGH for all you do!
Honestly, I was not well cared for. I saw multiples of each specialist, and each one had a different plan of care. They did not talk amongst each other to come up with a good plan. I was there for an overnight stay. The overnight nurse was amazing, but Jackie, the day nurse, was so miserable and rude. I left the hospital with no answers and no resolution to my problem.
No other hospital I would go to in a true emergency. The PICU is wonderful!
