Each nurse, doctor, x ray technician, orthopedic surgeon, and passerby staff member who I encountered during an accidental 4+ hour ER visit was kind, attentive, and pleasant to deal with during a really trying time. I can now see why people swear by hospitals in Boston and say it’s worth the hour+ drive from Rhode Island. Thank you!

Excellent service professional staff
My husband had to have a lower lung removed and his surgeon is at Ma. General. He got the best doctor and the best care of any hospital around. Our thanks to the nurses, doctors and all for they did for him. He is doing fine and bless all that work at this great hospital. Thank You All.

Recommended1 year ago I was taken to my local hospital completely unconsious after waking up and vomiting. While vomiting I accidentally inhaled some of it. My local hopsital did not have the means to save my life so I was air-lifted to Mass General with no blood pressure, no oxygen level, a temperature that went up to 107°, one lung was collapsed and the other one was 90% full of fluid. I had to spend 13 days in ICU, 10 of those days I was in a medically induced coma but THEY SAVED MY LIFE. Im very greatful for the team of doctors tha... read more
Best care I could of possibly received was from a Nurse in the Neurosurgery recovery unit on 7th floor. Her name is Maddie. I can honestly state she is the best of the best in care for her patients with kindness, compassion and listening to her patients. She made my stay there as comfortable as possible. Thank you Maddie!!!!!!!
I recently had back surgery at Mass General Hospital..My surgery was a success..My stay at MGH was 10 stars..Such awesome staff in all areas of the hospital..I spoke with staff and they told me they love there job..The food was awesome for hospital food all you can eat no limit..Nurses always check on you and bring your meds punctually in 4 hours..Very attentive care as well as the best care i ever had in a hospital..I might add very clean as well.
