Had a massage with Lauren. I was made to feel very at ease and relaxed. Would highly recommend!
Lauren was very professional and attentive to my needs. My legs really needed her massage after a recent increase in training load and she then helped free up some problematic areas of my back and neck. I'll be back for some maintenance through the rest of my training!
I had a massage on my arm as I suffer with tennis elbow. The pain has subsided so will continue treatment on a regular basis. Professional service and very friendly would highly recommend.
